Typographical Errors
In the event that a Baby Company product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Baby Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Baby Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Baby Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Baby Company without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Baby Company's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Baby Company may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Baby Company or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Baby Company is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Baby Company Ltd may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Baby Company, Baby Company has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Baby Company. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Baby Company seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Standard UK Delivery (3-5 working days)
Orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge (Royal Mail only)
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked service or by courier (we use Interlink/DPD). The delivery method will depend on the size, weight and value of the order. Items to non mainland UK, Belfast, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands, and Channel Islands may need to be folded to fit Royal Mail postal restrictions. Parcels delivered by Interlink/DPD will require a signature on arrival and will be sent out by our sister company Northlight Design. If you are not in, they will leave a card so you can contact them and re-arrange a delivery.
International Delivery
Please note that very large items may need to be folded to fit shipping size restrictions.
While we hope that you will be pleased with the items you have ordered, we appreciate that sometimes you may want to return some items.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund for any item purchased from
Baby Company.

* As a customer, you have a duty of care towards the item you have purchased.
* Order cancellations must be made in writing by email, quoting your order number, within 7 working days after you receive the goods. Please send emails to info@babycompany.co.uk
* Items must be returned to us within 7 days
*Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition (including original packaging) and remain in a re-sellable condition. Baby Company reserves the right to deduct 20% of the original value on any items returned for a refund that we receive damaged.
* Refunds do not apply to the original cost of postage.
* We can not exchange or accept returns for items that have been used, soiled or damaged.
* Items returned beyond 7 days cannot be refunded but may exchanged at our discretion.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you obtain a FREE "Certificate of Posting" from the Post Office. For extra peace of mind, you may want to return the goods to us by Recorded Delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the return postage.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.
